I am a first-time homebuyer and was nervous about having the inspection. I called a trusted friend who just purchased his home in 2012 and asked if he had any recommendations for a home inspector. He referred me to D.V., who gave him a thorough inspection of his home and whom he was completely satisfied with. When I called S.H.I.S, the secretary was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was quoted a price and had several reminder emails sent to me. D.V. Showed up on time, answered all my questions, and did a very thorough inspection. D.V. crawled to the back the attic and found a spot in the roof that was impossible to see from the ground. He later took out his ladder and documented pictures of the spot. Within hours I was sent an email with my inspection and pictures. I would recommend S.H.I.S and D.V. to anyone in need of a home inspection!
